This stylish three-storeyed bungalow is built into the slope to Glen Beach. It enjoys arguably the best possible location on the Cape Riviera: fall out of bed and you are walking on one of Cape Town's most exclusive beaches.

This rare combination of unbridled luxury and unpretentious comfort, with finishes and furnishings throughout in clean, crisp whites - a great contrast to the sparkling azure waters and indigo horizon that shimmers beyond every room. With 2 separate kitchens, this would suit two couples, possibly with children, travelling together, or a family travelling with a lucky au pair.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Sleeps: 10 in 5 doubles (can be changed to 4 doubles and 1 twin).

The main bedroom (king-sized bed) is huge, with its own living area (with TV and DVD player), dressing room and open-plan bathroom, all featuring stunning sea views. The en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath, big enough for two, and separate shower.

The second en suite bedroom (queen-sized bed), also features a walk-in cupboard and Jacuzzi bath.

The third bedroom is furnished with 2 singles that can be turned into a king, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom. The bedroom (with queen-sized bed) is en-suite and features a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.

- The living room has all the mod-cons, including a classy gas fireplace, large plasma screen TV,surround sound speakers, and i-pod docking station.

Kitchen:
- The kitchen has all the built-in appliances needed for hassle-free entertaining
- Including a gas burning stove top and electrical oven
- A 3m long dining table with wooden benches and table desk with phone and 24 hour wireless internet completes the picture

Outdoor:
- The entrance level leads out to an outdoor deck furnished with 2 comfortable daybeds and stunning seaviews.
- The bedroom level also has a deck with 2 deck chairs and more beautiful views.
- The final level opens onto a deck with plunge pool and a gas braai.
- Direct access to beach through Moroccan doors.
- There is an outdoor hot/cold shower on this level.
